To empower distressed vulnerable poor and affected in socio-economic emancipation to lead an active and healthy life. Through formation of community based institutions, introducing skill training, green revolution, education, health assistance, social forestation, adaptation, rehabilitation and mobilizing local resources especially manpower, water and soil. Along with facilitate them in establishing their due rights in the society and ownership to the program.
